Chocolate Cream with Fruit and Coffee

Ingredients:
4 cups milk
3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons powdered chocolate
1/2 cup sugar
500 g / 2 cups fresh cream
1 cup chopped dried fruit

Preparation:
Heat together the milk, the cornstarch, the chocolate and the sugar. Stir until mixture thickens. Remove from heat and add fresh cream and fruit mixing gently. Chill and serve with the coffee cream.

Ingredients (coffee cream):
1 cup heavy cream
300 g / 10.5 oz white chocolate
1/2 cup very strong Café-Razzi Coffee

Preparation:
Combine the cream, the coffee and the chocolate in a pan over simmering water mixing until it turns into smooth cream.

Note:
The coffee in this recipe should be stronger than the usual. For each 1 1/2 cups of water use 3 full tablespoons of coffee.
