Ingredients:
500 g / 17.5 oz all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
500 ml / 2 cups milk
2 packages yeast
7 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
100 g / 3.5 oz raisins
Whipped cream and grated chocolate to garnish

Preparation:
Combine 1 cup of flour, the yeast and 1 cup of warm milk. Mix together and let rise to twice the original bulk. Add the remaining ingredients. Knead the dough vigorously and let rest until it rises to twice the original bulk. Place in a well-greased ring pan and let rise again. Bake in hot oven until golden brown. Without removing from pan moisten the cake well with the syrup prepared with liqueur and Café-Razzi Coffee.
