Ingredients:
1 Kg / 2.2 lb vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup very strong Café-Razzi Coffee
Ingredients (chocolate syrup):
1/4 cup cream
120 g / 4 oz chopped bittersweet chocolate
1 tablespoon brandy
Preparation:
Mix ice cream and coffee. Freeze the mixture until of firm consistency. Melt chocolate over simmering water. Mix in cream and brandy. Place ice cream scoops on top of the cake and pour syrup over ice cream.
