Ingredients:
750 g / 26.5 oz crystallized sugar
2 cups water
1 cup very strong Café-Razzi Coffee
1/2 cup liqueur of your preference

Preparation:
Combine the sugar and water to prepare thick syrup. Remove from heat. Add the coffee and the liqueur. Mix well and pour over the cake. Garnish with whipped cream and grated chocolate.

Note:
The coffee in this recipe should be stronger than the usual. For each 1 1/2 cups of water use 3 full tablespoons of coffee.
