Ingredients:
1 long espresso (1.4 fl oz)
1.4 fl oz Irish whiskey
3 teaspoons of cane sugar
Fresh cream

Preparation:

Heat the cane sugar and the whiskey in a jug
Pour the mix into an Irish Coffee glass
Add the espresso coffee
Garnish by pouring a layer of fresh cream onto the surface using a teaspoon
